Looking for a good, healthy muffin recipe

Does anyone have a good muffin recipe that isn't pretending to be a muffin when really it's a cupcake (i.e. loaded with sugar and bad stuff)? I would be pleased as punch if you have one and would share it with me.

Here is my Grandma's Bran muffin Recipe. It's really good!

3c. Wheat bran or Whole bran cereal
1c. boiling water

2c. Buttermilk or sour milk
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1c. raisins or chopped dates, prunes or other dried fruit
1/2 c. salad oil

2 1/2 t. soda
1c. sugar
1/2 t. salt
2 1/2 c. flour

In a large bowl mix bran with boiling water, stirring to moisten evenly. Set aside to cool then add eggs, buttermilk, oil and fruit and blend well. Stir together the soda, salt, sugar and flour, then stir in the bran mixture. Batter may be stored in the fridge for several weeks. Stir to evenly distribute fruit before using. Fill well greased muffin cups 2/3 full and bake at 425 degrees for about 20 minutes.

Good luck!
