Play with Dance Dance Revolution - Toddler Edition (i.e. playing with the box that the adult version came in)
Brush his hair (or his mouth as the case may be)
Eat an apple. None of this cutting it up or peeling it for him. One day he found an apple and just starting eating. He LOVES apples.
Give him a grown up book to page through and he is THRILLED! Thanks to PM for providing the reading material. He is surprisingly gentle.
